I am new to the 945 from the 935. It's taken me a few runs to figure out a few things or get it to work.
Now the next two issue I have I can't figure out how to solve. Any help?
1. I just went for a run and I paused my watch at some lights and instead I got total time for the lap. That is beyond bizarre. I don't care about knowing my total time and nor has this ever happened. For example, I was running laps of 4:20/km but because I hit a long light at the finish my last lap is 6:00. This isn't strava and I don't care about segments. I care about my average time though. Why is this happening and how can I fix it to be normal like every other garmin I have ever owned?
2. The unit is announcing my lap times over either headphones or my phone. I have disabled every sound notification on the watch itself and via garmin express but it still does this. who wants their music interrupted to hear a screech and then be told something in 5 seconds that I can see if I choose in a fraction of a second by glancing at my watch? Again how do I disable that.
