Neither of Firstbeat features works on my FR945 (Stress, Prediction, VO2 Max, Load)

Hello All

I purchased FR945 a few weeks ago, and I found that Stress score doesn't work. There are few topics where the users describe the same issue:

Actually, stress score works until the watch is paired to the phone. Once the watch is paired, Stress stops working.

However, yesterday I found that neither of Firstbeat features works on my FR945: Threshold, VO2 Max, Scores prediction, Load Focus, Training Status.

It looks like a firmware bug because all sensors work properly (HRM, Puloximeter). Watch tracks everything during activities.  And the features work until the watch is paired to the phone (iPhone X).

Does anyone expect the same issues? Perhaps someone found how to resolve the problem?

I've contacted Garmin support, they requested Garmin folder, but I've heard nothing back from them so far but "Please be patient"
