Garmin Pay/Wallet

My understanding is you enter the PIN once and no need to enter again unless 24hrs pass, taking the watch off the wrist, restart, etc. Has anyone had success with this in reality? I use it a few times/day and almost always have to re-enter the PIN. Sometimes it works if I use it within a minute or two of entering.

It's not a big deal...just don't understand the logic....

I have to enter the pin every time I use the wallet, so just set an easy pin to click.

Works for me as well.

I do most of my payments with the watch now.

It could be your OHR is not accurately measuring/detecting pulse on a continuous base? Maybe it doesn’t measure for some reason and then assume the watch was removed?

Like others here, mine stays unlocked for much longer than what you described, so maybe you should try a few options and check if the watch sits snugly/firm etc.

Seems like you need to return your watch to Garmin. Unfortunately they can;t fix it other way

the watch does not ask for the pin again if i try to make a purchase short after the first one, but the payment is refused, even if i use the second credit card i have registered.
