How to create a route in android mobile app?

I only find a way to create start and stop point under Training, Courses, but want to add more points based on heat map. HOW?

I found the solution on how to create a course / route on the garmin connect mobile app for android.

Chose training, Courses, manual. Decide start point, press next, then press the icon in the middle to add more points!
