Spotify - Track +/-

I love Spotify-Option @FR945... really great - but why is it only simple to switch +1 Track? It is unnecessary complicated (and corntraintuitiv) to go back to the beginning of the track, or to go back some tracks... and it is really annoying too when changing the volume. Just Software/GUI problems - but you don't have the time, to think about complicated ways while running... please Garmin HELP!!!! Make it easier to control the Spotify music!

My headphones allow me to double tap the play/pause button on my ear and they skip to the next track. Do yours have something similar, even if the buttons are different?
