Heart rate drops to No zone for some time incorrectly?

Heart rate drops to No zone for some minutes, when actually it should raise? I was climbing a 2 km segment. It has happened before with my Vivoactive HR, but my hope was, as this is much more advanced monitor, to have it correct on this one :(

P.S. In some minutes it returns to normal values, but the average is incorrect for the whole ride. So disappointing.

Come on, it happens every time. Are there bikersin the forum to confirm this? Heart rate suddenly go away (no zone) when pushing the hill, showing <60bpm. Normalises when done climbing.
