I've just received my watch and I was able to log into Spotify account. When trying to sync playlists, the progress remains at 0%. What's up?
Please do a hard reset (holding power button in for up to 15 seconds) before turning your Forerunner back on and syncing again. You shouldn't have to do this regularly, but it usually clears up odd issues…
I restarted the watch, turned off Bluetooth in my phone and it started working so one of these steps helped me.
