Spotiify is not syncing

Hello,

I've just received my watch and I was able to log into Spotify account. When trying to sync playlists, the progress remains at 0%. What's up?

Please do a hard reset (holding power button in for up to 15 seconds) before turning your Forerunner back on and syncing again. You shouldn't have to do this regularly, but it usually clears up odd issues…

I restarted the watch, turned off Bluetooth in my phone and it started working so one of these steps helped me.

I had this happen initially when trying to use my phone as a WIFI hotspot. When I tried it at home it worked fine.
What I surmise, is that the wifi connection is not working correctly, login uses the Bluetooth connection but the syncing actually uses wifi.

Same here. I've tried reinstalling, deleting what looked like bad playlists, and still can't get past 0% in the sync process.
