Some updates on reclamation process:
Bought retail at SportScheck in Germany.
After three weeks of wearing the resin showed cracks, those are no surface cracks but deep ones. This is verifiable by eye.
And now the fun part: they will send it in to Garmin with an expected time of 4 to 6 weeks until they can decide weather to replace it or not. *DECIDE*, not actually replace it or refund me.
Since I'm not collecting pricy sport watches, I will reactivate my trustworthy Polar RCX5 to not loose my training metrics. Well, that watch is half a decade old and just works
