Hike App/ Auto Pause does not auto resume

Hello,

Does anybody noticed this weird behaviour? I went hiking with my 5 years old daughter, going at her pace of course, which is not the fastest, but let's say normal. I enabled the auto-pause, as it is not enabled by default. After that, it immediately switched to "paused" and no movement (walking) could push it back on "going". It just remained stopped for about a 500 m, until I switched off the option back.

  • I tested it on a new Hike, this time doing pretty good 5.5km/h. The situation was the same. A couple of times it triggered back on the tracking, but on the next stop I was obliged to turn the autostop OFF, if I wanted the watch to track my walking. And it was on the top of the mountain, no rocks, no clouds, just blue sky and me walking fast. In my opinion this is a bug.

Same problem here. Garmin told me it wasn't seeing the GPS so wouldn't start. However, if I set auto pause to 1 mph it would unpause most of the time.
I think the Hike app...or maybe autopause is broken for slower speeds.
