Forerunner 945 main screen, bars meaning?

Does anybody know what the red bar on the top means?
And the grey on the bottom?

That's the move bar. The large part is not enough steps for an hour, and each of the smaller ones is an additional 15 minutes.

Grey one at the bottom I think is steps. A full arc means you have met your goal.
