Heat acclimatization not showing

My watch does not show the acclimatization page on the training status widget. The page is missing. I've been working out for a week under warm weather and it simply doesn't show.

I don't run with my phone but i connect the watch to the phone everyday.

What's going on with my watch?

  • Thx, but I’ve read all the other posts in the other threads and tried all the suggestions to no avail.

    I did not contact support though, since I’m fed up with them. Every time it’s basic troubleshooting (even though I ALWAYS tell them I already did all of that) culminating in „try a hard reset“, which in 90% of my „problem-history“ with all my current and past Garmin devices, has NOT helped. Ultimately they will tell me to send the device back, which leaves me with no device for at least two weeks, then usually get a new one (which admittedly is great) but will have the same problems again, if not when brand new, definitely after a couple of months... It sounds like a rant, sorry, but of nine devices (eight watches and one edge), only two (FR620 & VAHR) were almost trouble-free and I did not have to send them back. Some devices I had to send back two times and one device three times (VA3!!!)... that’s why I really do not feel like contacting support this time.

    I like Garmin devices and my whole Sports-Ecosystem is with Garmin. But I really wish they were more dependable, especially at this price tag.

    Well, I hope a solution for this problem will come up...
