Wierd rainbow on the screen

Hi,

My fathers watch got some weird rainbow on his watch today when running during his lunch break. He then consulted the manual that told him to restart the watch and it was after that the rainbow stripes appeared. Does anyone know how to solve this?

If you bought it locally you'd be best placed to take it back to them in the first instance and get them to replace it. It might take a while through Garmin channels.

I would guess its a display problem but I'd try a factory reset just in case it's solvable.
