Pulse Oximeter Version mismatch

Hi All, My Forerunner Pulse Oximeter App shows “Pulse Oximeter Version mismatch. Update software.”...I've synced using Garmin Connect and it hasn't helped

Did you try hard restart after update to version 2,50?

I also have this problem. Can't find anything on how to fix. How do you do a hard re-start and will that wipe data?

What you want to try first is a reboot (sometimes called a hard re-start). Hold the light button until the watch turns itself off (maybe 15 seconds) and back on.

No data will be lost.

Has anyone got a solution for this? I'm suffering from the same issue... and my HR light is no longer blinking (so no longer tracking my HR).

Same here. Try and check software version, does the WHR state 0.00.00?

I've been in contact with support that said the HR sensor might be broken so I had to send in the watch

I have issue w oximeter today suddenly states mismatch software. I believe it auto updated thru Garmin Connect. Perhaps if I go into Garmin Express on computer w watch connected via USB there might be an update to solve. I saw the auto update happening via Bluetooth and I noticed my computer (say a Garmin update is available). I am speculating the app updated for ox but the watch OS needs update??
