I have been doing some troubleshooting with Humon with dropout and disconnects of the Hex using either my 935 or 945.
Working with their tech support engineer, he sees both watches dropping GPS and Hex (and Stryd) connections at the exact same time during a run activity, despite running in the open no building or other interference to explain drops.
I find it odd that the .fit files would show the data drops at same time for all connections external BOTH watches at the same time.
If anyone cares to examine and help narrow down the root issue it would be great. 935 is about to be sent back to Garmin to repair cracked HR optics, but I will hold off to continue gathering data to try to figure this out.
Note in the below files the Hex is on left thigh, Stryd on left shoe and both watches are worn on left wrist with one on outside of wrist, the other on inside. Much of the run is in the open for the most part, with only a few trees that might block GPS signal. But, I live in the desert so wouldnt expect signal to be an issue with GPS.
