As good as or better on all fronts I would say. I sometimes have problems with ANT+ sensors not being detected at the beginning of an activity (requiring a reboot of the watch), but after they connect the connection is solid. BT connection is rock solid for me but I use Android. I get the impression a lot of BT issues are iPhone related

GPS accuracy | x | about the same to be honest, 935 was very good
altimeter accuracy | x | this appears a lot better the elevation appears very accurate much better than 935
OHR accuracy | x | Always wear a strap as the accuracy is so much better especially with intervals etc
ANT + sensors stability | x | no issues same as 935
BT stability | x | no issues as same as 935

Battery life seemed worst, but after a few recharges and turning SP02 off during day and backlight to 5% it now appears to be good if not slightly better.
Is it worth the upgrade, I had the 935 for 2 years so probably due to a upgrade, the maps work well for walking not tried for running or cycling.
“ turning SP02 off” is the best thing to do if you want anywhere near decent battery life. I'd go out on a limb here and suggest that was what made the difference and nothing to do with this myth of recharge cycles being needed.

altimeter accuracy | x | The same.*
OHR accuracy | x | 24/7 use only, activities with HR.
ANT + sensors stability | x | Only used HRM-Tri and HRM-Swim. |

GPS accuracy x Accuracy about the same, may be a little worse than 935.. but gps lock times when there are buildings etc nearby is worse than 935. My 935 surprisingly got locks inside my apartment whereas 945 doesn't.
Altimeter accuracy x Seems to work better especially becauseit has DEM, But still have the issue of the altimeter resetting randomly as posted in the forums [so far not suring an activity].
OHR accuracy x Both 935 and 945 are bad for me. Works sometimes and doesn't many times. Sometimes works after turning off/on the OHR
BT stability x Haven't had lot of issues. But it seems to lose connection easier than the 935. The range seems to be not as good as 935
