Feature request: option to disable notifications when watch is not worn

This one will be very useful as it's annoying to hear the vibration when it's sitting on the kitchen counter when I am at home in the evenings.

Since garmin pay already is supposed to know when the watch is off the wrist based on the heart rate sensor, the same logic can apply to notifications also...

I do this as well... But still agree with the OP's idea/suggestion... Would be great to not have to do this every time as I dont always remember. Last thing I want to do is get out of bed to switch the setting off in the evening.

No heatbeat = no notifications. That shouldn't be that 'heart', right?

+1 I find this very annoying. My old Samsung Active 2 had the option to turn off notifications when not wearing (it knew this via heart rate sensor).

You have two options with your 945. Turn on Do Not Disturb or turn off Bluetooth. No more notifications and both are a simple button press.

Yes, I have the DND during sleep turned on, But I have to manually go in and put into DND mode every morning, and turn it back on when I put my watch on to go out.

It's a simple fix and a much better user experience the way Samsung (and others) have implemented this particular feature.

It uses the heart rate sensor to tell if you're wearing it or not. Garmin does this as well. Only difference is Samsung has an option to turn off notifications if not wearing the watch. It would be a simple line of code in the software to be honest.
