Is it on purpose, that BodyBattery is normally recharged to 100 after around 8 hours of sleep?
The last couple of days I slept good, and BodyBattery was always at 100 in the morning, even if I had like 5 hours of running + workout the day before and feel kinda jammed.
And the stress to decrease it from 100 to 50 is the same as from 50 to 25 approx. so it drains much slower under 50... is this correct?
