dude- THANK YOU!! I've been working on music all day and waited for a useless garmin rep on the phone. I couldn't get iTunes to work so downloaded old files on an old HD to a windows computer. from there I could see the music but like you said, not getting them to play... till I followed your advice and selected MY MUSIC from the Music settings... once again, MAHALO!!!
THANK YOU!!! Was facing the exact same issues and this post saved my 945!!! The quick menu will not be initialised correctly unless you set 'My Music' under settings in the watch from the onset.
Previously was using Spotify but that was not working well due to being based here in China.
I wonder if I can have 'My Music' and multiple music providers accounts setup. Then again, using the 945 for working out mostly and not for music appreciation.
