Display movement bar on default watchface

Hey everyone,

I previously had a 935 and now have a 945 and prefer the new default watch face. However, does anyone know if there is any way to get the movement bar on the default watch face where if you sit for too long the red bar builds up and depletes when you walk. I don't want the Move alert on where the watch beeps but it would be nice to have that bar on.

I currently have date and battery at the top, steps (with step bar) on the left, connected items at the bottom (next to seconds) and the right I have the sunrise and sunset times. I like this on the watch and there is some kind of bar on the right but I cant figure out what it illustrates. At first I thought the bar was the movement bar but I think it is linked to the sunset and might be some sort of count down bar till sunrise or set?

Cheers,

Tom
  • Yes, the bar on the right counts down to sunset.

Has anyone figured out if it’s possible to display the move bar on the default watch face?

  • I totally agree! I would appreciate to see the good old Move Bar on the default watch face as well!!! It would be so nice to have at least an option to turn it on, like on the FR 935 or older models. I don't understand Garmin's standpoint, why they remove good things from their software? Move Bar would definitely fit on the top of the default watch face around the battery logo, or on the left or right like the steps or Sun bars. I hope to see this in a future update!!!
