personnal top25 map dosen't work

Hello,
I have the new Garmin 945 and I have a problem. I have some personal cards top 25 similar to birdseye (xxx.img files). These files work great on fenix 5X, fenix 5Xplus, garmin edge 1030, garmin epix, but they do not display on the 945 forerunner. I can select these map on the garmin 945 but it dosen't display an the map field when running an activity. I am disappointed. Do you have a similar experience? new limitation from garmin?

Have you tried switching off all other maps except your top 25 and world basemap? Does it display then?

yes, same results, no display...

No one else has this issue? No one else has tried custom map? Or Birdseye select map ?thanks

I tried the talkytoaster free version and works fine for me :-?

I have bought and then loaded some UK Ordnance Survey maps via BirdsEye

As Phoner mentions, had to turn off all the other maps for them to render correctly. Assume a memory limitation issue.
