pmiddy Different products will have their own exclusivity periods with single retailers, or a number of retailers before being sold widely by everyone. This can sometimes alter the dates that it's available directly from us, as odd as that may sound. We apologize if this has caused any frustration but we appreciate the excitement for the new device.

I sure hope HeartRateMonitorsUSA is correct. I just ordered mine and it's due for delivery on Friday. I see two others received delivery dates from them for tomorrow and Thursday. Is it normal for Garmin to release new products and have nothing available for the watch in the Connect IQ Store? I'm wondering if HeartRateMonitorsUSA emailed these delivery dates in error?
The tools to develop for the 945 have not yet been made available to developers. This will happen very soon I suspect. Additionally a lot of stuff on the CIQ store will 'auto-migrate' to include the 945, depending on whether the developer has enabled that option.
That's great news. I ordered mine yesterday evening and received an email with a Friday delivery date. Still haven't received a tracking number, but it's only 5:30 AM here and I suspect I'll get it today when HeartrateMonitorsUSA opens. Looks like you may be the first, so keep us posted on your first thoughts.
