I have an LTE service contracted, but the watch can not do synchronization via LTE connection, so I understand that there must be some problem.
The process carried out is the following:
1. Access to general menu
2. Connectivity
3. LTE
4. LTE Sync
The result, after about 2 minutes, is always the same: Synchronization error. Furthermore, it is not a coverage problem, since multiple tests have been carried out and some of them with maximum coverage. I attach an image (spanish) with the clock screenshots so that you can see what was mentioned:
