Forerunner 945LTE Will not connect to LTE

My Forerunner 945LTE connected to the LTE network and would successfully complete LTE syncs and Live Track initiation before 17.28 op system was installed. Since then, my watch will not connect to LTE and will randomly restart during runs if LTE is on. The watch works fine with LTE selected as off - but obviously it will not connect to LTE with these settings.

This did not work for me. Nothing is stuck in the queue. When I received the watch and it was on the factory defaut version of the operating system, it worked fine, until the Op system automatically updated. I also cannot revert back to an earlier version of the operating system, so unable to get back to a version that works with LTE. HELP

Any ideas out there. The watch is still not connecting, there does not be a way to downgrade to the previous operating system, and no software updates have been issued. Any thoughts would be welcome.
