10 mile run showing 0.05 miles on watch and in Garmin Connect

When I open that activity it shows the correct mileage in connect . This seems to indicate the file is correct ?

one option would be to create and export a fit file of the activity , delete from Connect and reimport . Id do this on the website .

I am not sure how this would port back to the watch unless one copied it into the device , maybe it will sync from connect .

Actually I see they must be some corruption as the lap shows one thing and total another , rather strange 

I manually edited the run distance from the website after I posted the message which is why the lap distance and run distance are different.

That is very strange...has this happened again since either of you posted your examples?

Not since, but it did happen to me once several months ago. That time was with a different watch (also a Garmin 945 LTE).

If it happens again, please let a Garmin Product Support agent know before editing your distance so we can get this reported. Feel free to note this as well on forums, but it will be able to be reported much quicker by contacting Product Support directly. Thank you!

This happens to me about 1X per month. Calculates my run at 0.2 instead of 3.0 miles, for example.
