LTE may have corrupted my Triathlon file. It shows correctly on Watch but won't sync to Connect

It looks as though I may have a semi-corrupted activity. I didn't pause, or stop, the activity until the race was over. I can still view the activity on my watch, but it won't sync to Connect through either Wifi, Phone, nor desktop connect.

Current firmware version is 15.19.

When I attempt to upload the original .fit file via the Connect import data, it errors with "We don't support the file type you tried to import".

I did attempt to run the .fit file through the Corrupt Time Fixer in https://www.fitfiletools.com/#/top, and strava recognized the fixed file, but the Web Connect file upload errors with "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again."
