v15.19 Military Time Setting Missing from GCW

I have my watch time format set to Military. I noticed today that the military option is missing from GCW. GCM does have all three formats available.

Not sure what military time is, but I would guess that it is similar to the 24h?

Or is it the pm am times that are used in the USA (and that always puzzle me).

Military time is always 4 digits without the colon from 0000 (midnight) to 2359.
