[13.24] Morning Report without background graphics

Exactly as described here for 13.21beta and 13.24beta, I am missing the background pictures of the morning report after updating to firmware 13.24stable (at least 13.24 is shown to me as firmware):

Since my watch was exchanged and I updated directly to the beta firmware 13.24 (without an intermediate step) and then to 13.24 stable, I no longer see the pictures. They were present on my previous watch with 13.21.

If you have access to a computer, can you please download and install Garmin Express? Check for updates to the watch, and let me know if this fixes it.

14.52 -> no changes: background graphics are still missing

I seem to recall that one or two software versions earlier, some files were post-installed via Garmin Express that I assumed addressed the problem - but that didn't change anything.

I just connected to Garmin Express. And except for 2 course updates (pacific and north/shouth America), there where no updates that I could download.

I just recently reset my 945 lte due to some other weirdness. Then updated through Garmin express. Still no images on the morning report.

I can not believe it! This would be the third replacement, all due to software problems.

Already during the last exchange, I asked if I could switch to another model, because my confidence in a functional software of this model is completely shaken. Unfortunately, this is probably not possible in Germany.

It's a shame, I like the shape of the watch, especially the not so big size, and the functionality. When it works.

My problem is, this is a brand new recertified watch I get on may 2023, to be precise the 3. I had few issues with the altimeter.

I Have an issue with the GPS of this recertified GARMIN's watch, no solved at the moment.

I have also this issue..

I'm a bit disapointed by how it goes, I mean, at the beginning I didn't have any troubles but in fact I see the accuracy going down to less accuracy. The sleep repport 3 or 4 days a week are not good, I have to change manually the start and end of the period. I saw this troubles on my first watch and start to see it again on the recertifed one.

My wife has the venu 2 plus, this is the same trick accuracy is in decreasing order and olso there is no sport software improvement, HRV, morning report, the biggest joke is, she connot do the HR zone based on resting heart rate..

This 2 watches are not the cheapest.. but for I'm a bit disapointing about what GARMIN can provide for the support and the quality in the conponents and software.

Maybe it is time for us to change the brand.

My Tactix 7 Pro also is not showing my morning report graphics. I have hard connected my watch to my computer installed map updates and any subsequent updates that I was prompted with after the download of maps was completed. I also reset the watch, initiated a Garmin connect refresh prior to AND during my designated sleep period.

I am still , not seeing the display on my morning report graphics consistently.
