Training readiness vs Multiband GPS?

I'm thinking of buying a 255s for the better GPS for instant pace but also for training load data so my suggested workouts and v02max can be more accurately calculated.

I will lose training readiness.

I don't need LTE anymore since I'm now single so the only + over the 255s is training readiness.

What do you 945LTE owners think? Is multiband worth it? Is the 945LTE accurate enough as it is? Does training readiness really matter?

My experience with training readiness is it's reflected quite accurately to how I feel. Then again I know before the watch tells me when I'm not ready for a workout.

I run with a 945 LTE for the LiveTrack and an f7X to track my activities (and daily wear).  I bought the 945 LTE at a great sale price after I bought the f7 just for the LTE LiveTrack feature to let my wife know where I am without carrying a phone (hate carrying a phone).  I have the f7 set to multi-band and the 945 to GPS+Galileo.  The recorded tracks lay over each other and the distance calculations are identical within 1 or 2 hundredths of a mile for 5-6 mile runs.  I do live in the flat lands of Indiana so you may see different results if you run in more challenging GNSS location.  In my use, I wouldn't jump to the 255 just for multi-band.

    Does training readiness really matter?

Yes, this is a cool feature and I use it as a part of my running decision.  What I follow is the Daily Suggested based upon my race calendar, which is included on the 945 LTE.  I use a combination of real races and fake races (with goal times to determine my workouts).

I know Garmin would love to sell you another watch, but I'd be happy with the 945L until you really can't help yourself to buy something new.
