[Bug] HRV status only shows up on the watch

On my account I can't see my HRV Status graph on the web or on the app. On the app the HRV status widget doesn't appear at all.

I can see the HRV status widget only on my watch. I wear my watch for most part of the day and only take it off for charging, so this is not a data issue.

Is anyone else facing this issue? 

  • YES, unless I make a sync via cable to my computer -> Garmin Express  - then I can see it after at sync to my phone (Garmin Connect)

    Have you tried a WiFi or Cable sync?

  • Interesting observation!  I noticed I had seen HRV Status so was going to reply to the thread that it's there... but realized the day I saw it was a day I had plugged my watch into a PC to charge it (and sync'd in the process).

    When I look back I see the last day it updated my HRV status (and last day it shows the data on Connect) is last week when I plugged it in to charge.

    In short, I think I see the same issue noted by the OP but syncing through my PC seems to refresh the data for that day (and brings in past information too).

  • Ah! That makes sense. I have some HRV data from a few weeks ago, when I check on Garmin connect web. But I think that was after a sync from Garmin Express.
    Ideally this shouldn't be the case, the sync from Garmin Connect App should also sync HRV Status. I believe this is a bug, so let's leave this thread open. I'll use your workaround for now. Thanks for this Slight smile

  • confirmed here also. No sync possible with my phone, but with a cable it's updating.

  • Confirming here as well. Stopped seeing HRV status updates on the web and app.

    It works after connecting it to Garmin Express.
