Hi,
the synchronization with my FR 945 (LTE without contract) and Spotify under "Update downloads" usually breaks off immediately for me.
I long press the lower left button and then I get to the Spotify menu. If it still shows the last track played and I have to go to "Library" and then go to the appropriate menu and press "Update Downloads", it doesn't work. If it breaks off, it happens immediately, the watch goes right back to the face, nothing is displayed or anything.
If I long press the bottom left button and it immediately takes me to my library, then it works.
Like I said, it doesn't always happen, but I can't find any regularity. It doesn't work 80% of the time. I've already done a complete watch reset, I've tried other WLANs, it doesn't change anything.
Unfortunately, the support I contacted in September 2022 (Ref: 22816679K1 - Q#:1000705) is not getting in touch with me.
Maybe someone reading here can help me?
I would be very happy, because the watch doesn't serve its purpose like this. The Spotify function was a decisive purchase criterion.
