FR 945 refuses Spotify Sync - only occasionally

Hi,

the synchronization with my FR 945 (LTE without contract) and Spotify under "Update downloads" usually breaks off immediately for me.

I long press the lower left button and then I get to the Spotify menu. If it still shows the last track played and I have to go to "Library" and then go to the appropriate menu and press "Update Downloads", it doesn't work. If it breaks off, it happens immediately, the watch goes right back to the face, nothing is displayed or anything.

If I long press the bottom left button and it immediately takes me to my library, then it works.

Like I said, it doesn't always happen, but I can't find any regularity. It doesn't work 80% of the time. I've already done a complete watch reset, I've tried other WLANs, it doesn't change anything.

Unfortunately, the support I contacted in September 2022 (Ref: 22816679K1 - Q#:1000705) is not getting in touch with me.

Maybe someone reading here can help me?
I would be very happy, because the watch doesn't serve its purpose like this. The Spotify function was a decisive purchase criterion.

    I also have some occasional issues with the Spotify download update, but in my case I have the feeling that it depends on my bad WiFi stability. When the network works reliably the update is normally successful, but it takes more than one hour for all my playlists. 

    I access the library by long press the center button, Music, Music providers, Spotify, Update downloads. Try the same, maybe it works.

    If I long press bottom left button I normally get to my last played song.

    using the middle button seems to work reproducibly for me. Thanks for the hint.

    Only Garmin knows why the way via the lower left button does not work.

    The support has now reported. I should do an update, the error was recognized and fixed with the update. Unfortunately, I am not offered an update. I have had software version 6.04 for weeks and months and no update is available.

    My conclusion: Garmin's support needs a lot of improvement. You only receive standard mails that do not lead to a solution.

    6.04 is not the most recent release, you should try to update to 7.11. I had the same issue with 6.04 and now i have no more sync trouble with spotify.
