I take it this information was very wrong?
I wonder how he even came to the idea that 7.09 was being released.
The beta 7.07 is the biggest update I've ever experienced as Garmin user (startetd with Fenix 5). The 7.09 sounds to me like the official release of the 7.07.

With all the new features & updated UI the 945 LTE feels now like a new/different watch 
They seem to have fixed some critical bugs as well. E.g. the issue with significantly reduced battery live after a training with Stryd seems to be fixed, the battery performance is now on really good level!
