Software Version 7.07 just dropped, along with new Sensor Hub.

How to install it. I don't find the file in the beta program page.

I think the Public Beta images (as this one notes) are deployed via Connect to devices that are enrolled in the Beta.

I think the previous release was provided as a Public Alpha which required "side loading" via a USB cable and PC download.

I tried to sync my watch via WiFi to see if it would pull down - it did not.  Maybe it's a wait and see based on Garmin's decided rollout.

The updates just popped up in my Garmin Express. Maybe not released to everyone at the same time.

No real note of any LTE fixes or features… not that I expected new features but hopeful some of the general “bug fixes” include LTE usage - LTE OWS battery drain (at least for me), occasionally getting stuck where LiveTrack over LTE gets stuck “starting” until a full power off and back on (across activities)

Got the update.  But how do I know what's in it?

I see a Training Readiness widget and an HR Status widget.  Not sure where to find a release note.

I had enrolled for beta and I received the update via OTA. I didn't have to use Garmin Express. The training status got reset on my watch.

Me too, and Training Status remained intact

Were you previously on the Public Alpha or on the Stable release?
It prolly reset for me because I was on the Public Alpha.
