Amazon Music playlist sync stopped working

Good morning,

My watch’s ability to sync to Amazon Music Unlimited has broken this morning. When I browse the watch to My Playlists, I get a “No connection to Garmin Connect Mobile. 500” error message. 

The watch itself can sync to Garmin Connect. I was also able to remove and reinstall the Amazon Music app on the watch, but the results are the same. And strangely, I *can* sync the Amazon Music generated playlists. I just get the error on *My Playlists.* This definitely worked in the past.

I did update my iPhone to iOS 16 this week. Could this have introduced an issue? Would appreciate any help!
