I've never been able to complete a HRV test on my watch. I've always assumed it is because I have Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) which causes extra intermittent heart beats. Apparently this is a common issue among the populace, athletic or not, and usually isn't a big deal if you don't have "too many" extra beats. Garmin has said in the past that their equipment can filter out these extra beats.
Nonetheless, after the latest 6.04 update I've lost all of the aforementioned capabilities on my watch. I have emailed a bug report to the support group.
I've searched the forum but haven't found any recent mentions of this situation, is there anything going on that anyone knows about?
