  Is it the text description you see if you press the "Start" button (i) when reviewing last night's sleep with the Sleep Widget?

  Hi Garmin-Kevin!

  I just checked it: This is not on my watch. I got the last screen only in the Connect app. Did you activate this somehow?

  Hi Kevin,

  So sometimes I see this info. This morning (it is still morning here locally), I did not. And that's how it seems to go. I sometimes see it, and sometimes don't.
