Received a UK model when ordered from Amazon US. Is this a concern?

I ordered the 945 LTE from Amazon.com and I received the watch just now. I noticed on the back it says UK and CA under it and Taiwan under it. Other photos I saw on DC Rainmakers review and elsewhere don't have UK and CA. Just the CE and Taiwan. Did I get a UK or Canadian version? Should I be concerned with updates and such? How do I validate this?

Before Brexit, the CE label ensured conformity with the applicable requirements for products sold within the European Union and the UK as one of its members.
After Brexit, the UKCA marking ensures conformity with the applicable requirements for products sold within post-EU UK.
So, nothing for you to worry about, just one of the many setbacks for Britains economy.

Lte won't work I'm US with a UK model and you won't have US maps
