Forerunner 945 LTE / swimming pool workout weird behavior

Hi Garmin Team,

After several days of testing, it seems the forerunner 945 LTE can't precisely follow a custom swimming pool workout synchronized from Garmin Connect; especially when it comes with repetitions.

I draw some kind of basic chart that describes issues I occured :

I know you guys are talented and serious enough to easily reproduce and fix those issues :)

Hi Nicolas, there are a lot of complaints to garmin about the swim issue! I wrote garmin for 3 month about this! No update for the 945lte since November! Garmin knows this issue, nothing happend! its a software problem! I sell the 945lte. Best is you will do the same! the 945 lte is full of bucks and there is no reaction from garmin! Look to the FR945, there are a lot of new updates, but no for the lte version! best

you are right, this is unfortunately what i noticed to : a lot of topics relating software issues that could be fixed with ease by garmin. ....I hope they will end up working on it.

Wow! I want you to work testing my software :)

If garmin cannot fix the error with your awesome image... maybe they need to change their engineers.

I hope it helps, but honnestly, I totally agree with napf2000, garmin developpers must know those issues, they don't need such an informal post to fix the firmware :)

Yup as a workaround I have to test every workout each time. Otherwise just use the myswimpro app and consider the Garmin native as untested alpha software not ready for release

well, it really doesn't matter anymore now, because today the watch has decided to not turn on (even if I plug it). fail.

Yeah same for all of us. Worked on 3.07 but the count down reset timer was broke. Fixed that in 4.16 BUT broke most workouts with repeats. SMH. Waiting to hear from someone using the new beta about this.
