Coming from whoop

I have used various sports watches to track my running for years. Lately I got a whoop to keep track of my daily recovery. I decided to return it and upgrade my garmin to a fr 945 lte.

One thing I did like on Whoop, however, was the recovery score I received each morning. It was based on HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and sleep (run through there secret formula.) My scores would range from the 30s to the high 70s. It would give an idea (of course with a grain of salt) idea on the upcoming day.

Is there a similar metric on Garmin? I know there is a body battery but is that it?
