945 LTE service

Someone could tell me if I've bought a Forerunner 945LTE in Spain to use it in Italy??? I live in Italy but on the Italian Garmin website there no possibilities to add annual LTE service Trought Connect App

The country is determined by your billing address. So if your service would get billed to an Italian address, then that's where the LTE service would be. My understanding is that Garmin is expanding this, so check back here - https://www.garmin.com/en-US/LTECoverage/

I bought my 945lte in California whilst on holiday. Will LTE not work in UK?

It doesn't look like it, but I suggest contacting Garmin directly to verify.
