Constantly uninstalling widgets

Almost weekly I am seeing my widgets returning to default. I have to re-install widgets like altitude as they literally disappear. Weirdly gamin hydration always gets installed and I don't use that and I don't think that is default. Any views? I am on IOS but not changing any settings at all.

Are you syncing the clock with the app? A lot of weird things happen to me when I link the watch to the app. Delete the records from the clock, user settings, add duplicate quick buttons, add deleted widgets, delete widgets added by me ... Fortunately I hardly use the app at all, but if I need to synchronize something because garmin express crashes (it happens constantly) I always have some surprise.

I am just syncing with the IOS app. If I turn the watch off (just off not reboot) it seems to always change the widgets. Bloody pain. Also also lost distance and pace on a run today but had GPS. This beta a really flakey
