Connection with Nike Run Club NRC application

Hello all,

I have trouble with the synchronization of my runnings activity with the NRC app. I recently changed my garmin watch coming from 735XT and since when I launch the NRC app after a run recorded with my 945LTE I have two main troubles :

- there is no more data imported for elevation gain with a message in NRC app like no datas avalaible for this plot

- the instant pace is no more filtered it seems the datas plotted are the rough datas of the watch without any filter so it’s useless

did Someone encountered same kind of issue and/or have any solution or advice ?

I am having trouble too. My garmin synced to the NRC app the very first time I tried and hasn't updated since. It's now been a week and several duns with garmin's app logging my runs from the garmin instinct watch but not sending them to the Nike app.

Yes, I see the same. Elevation gain wasn‘t exported to the NRC app from the day I switched from FR235 to 945 LTE.

do you also have the same situation with the speed data (min/km) ?
I open a question to Garmin after sale but I have to call them back to go further (no feedback by email)

No, I can see speed data in my NRC app.
