Is there a way to view your resting heart rate number for "Today".

Is there a way to view your resting heart rate number for "Today". I see it gives the number for the average 7 day resting heart rate, but I am looking for this number for the current day. I know you can see it in the IOs App but I don't see it in the watch. You can also figure it out from the 7 day chart on the watch but I would like to see the number on the watch.

its there in the Heart Rate Widget ... the first page shows the 4 hour record of heart rate, and the second page shows the RHR for the past 7 days (both the numerical average and a plot of the individual 7 data points)

I see it gives you the 7 Day Avg. RHR value, but not today's RHR. You can kind of extrapolate today's RHR form the tiny graph but it difficult to even see the tiny scale on the side of the graph. I would like to see today RHR in a number.

Again the numbers are just too small on the 945 LTE!

Maybe I'm just too old for this watch. =)

yes, they are very small. i'd send a help ticket in to them. i agree, my 52 year old eyes struggle with some of the small text. i end up extrapolating to find my RHR from the graph which works well enough for me although the axis numbers are tiny as you mention.
