Garmin coach not working on the watch?

Every time I try the garmin coach widget it says to create a plan in garmin connect. U have a plan setup, but it's not working. Any ideas why?

Very late response, but if anyone finds this post in the future: for me the solution was to open Garmin Coach in the Garmin Connect app, open the next planned workout, and tap on "Send to device". After syncing my watch (Fenix 7) the workout showed up in the calendar on the watch and in the Garmin Coach widget.
