I was trying to flash firmware 3.07 on my watch, because after a reset I can't connect to garmin connect (I had the same on fenis 6s).
I grabbed the firmware on C:\ProgramData\garmin\coreservice\downloads\PrimaryFirmware , transfered the file named GUPDATE.GCD to the watch's GARMIN folder, but I don't get the prompt to flash it.
Can you help?
I am on the 2nd reset and I can't connect to garmin connect.
Had same issue on Fenix 6S, and flashing like this solved it.
