It only makes sense that the 945LTE is capable of delivering this feature. I find it a real pain to have to do the HRV test with a chest strap. It seems so old technology for such a new device.
Please update this feature on the 945LTE

Yes - i REALLY also want to see this + more in depth analysis - in my Opionion Garmin is still lacking a good and convenient Recovery/Morning Recovery feature like Polar or Whoop delivers - i dont know…
The Venu 2 is still doing a 2 minute test for this feature, but it's measuring HRV with the oHRM. It might be a little inconvenient to use a chest strap, but the results will be more accurate and isn…
Yes
its 2021
the tech is good enough to derive good hrv data from the wrist at night / rest - there are also several studies out there which show this
even very good hrv data can be derived from Handy…
if the the sensor is worn wrong / too loose etc it’s not the sensors fault it’s a users fault
You're correct and that's a bad example, but there's too many limitations with wrist worn optical sensors; and yes, that's with much research. If the technology was as good as you think, professional athletes around the world would be using it and they are not. HR, HRV, stress, SpO2, EPOC and sleep data cannot be trusted as reliable when measured from a sensor on your watch. Maybe you should ask your physician or expand your research to independent medical studies and not one's conducted by the seller who obviously has a bias.
I won't go into great detail on how an oHRM's passes light through the skin to measure blood flow, but please explain to me how you think the measurements I listed above will be 'correct" as you claim for someone on each end of the spectrum of this chart whether at rest, sleep, or comatose in a hospital bed?
Yes, it is. It was mentioned earlier in 4.03 release notes for 945 LTE. Somehow, that official post got removed by moderator.
Here is the summary of fixes related to health snapshot in v4.03:
anyone have any intel on a new beta for 945LTE? It likely will be this 4.03v discussed above.
No idea. Not sure why the 4.03 got pulled right after the live announcement. It could be due to some serious bugs or something else. 4.03 could be purely bug fix release. LiveTrack over LTE doesn't work since day 1 on 945 LTE. I have opened support ticket and waiting for solution.
