Hi,
I can’t seem to find any information regarding availability dates in Australia. Does anyone here have an intel please? Thanks

I am assuming they cannot release it as there is no LTE coverage in Australia.
At least not yet.

Thanks Maruzko for your insight, makes sense. I see the Garmin does not seem very involved in this forum, it is a shame. Cheers.
LTE is pretty much another name for 4G which has been used in Australia for years now. The Apple watch uses LTE and has for a while now. Apple has managed to negotiate an LTE agreement with Australian Telco's but Garmin has not. That may change as different brands release more and more watches with LTE built in.
Pertaining to Australia it is on our list of future availability. For a better look of the map, please see Coverage Map.
Garmin-Brooks Do you mean all "OnDeck" countries will soon be available to 945LTE as well ? Interested in Italy where I have a triathlon in a few weeks ;-)
And BTW the 945LTE is not up to date - Switzerland (at least) is missing on the map.
Why is this available throughout NZ and not in AUS? When will it be available in AUS?
Thanks for your answer regarding Australia. Hopefully this can be my Xmas gift.
NZ is on a different LTE frequency than Australia. Garmin will release two LTE versions. One covers USA, Canada, NZ (basically), and another version to cover Australia, Europe, and Asia.
