Nevermind, I must have been following the wrong guide/instructions online and have it figured out. I was able to connect to my InReach and access the widget by connecting the InReach as a sensor in my watch's menu. Then the widget was available on my watch.
So now your question should be, when is Garmin going to provide clear instructions in the watch's instruction for his this is done? I don't think you should have to figure this out on your own after purchasing a $600+ device.
I figured you have to enable the ANT+ on the inReach Mini. That allowed me to connect it to my 945 LTE. Now I'm looking for the widget.
