my HR is frequently shown as far higher than it actually is while exercising and sometimes even sitting around. In fact i received a high HR notification while relaxing on the couch. My actual HR was around 50 BPM, my watch showed 148 BPM. During exercise it can be off by as much as 60 BPM.
Anybody have any history with this issue? Is there a a hack fix I can try? As it stands right now my watch is pretty much useless for training.
