I had something very odd happen today (6/23). When I woke up, I noticed that the Connect App seemed to be a day (or more behind). The training load should have dropped my run from last Monday (6/16), but did not in the app, while my watch had it correct. I went for a run and after I logged my exertion level and how I was feeling, it showed me the stats from my swim on Friday (6/20). Now the training load and the miles ran are correct on the watch (not showing up in the App though), but the most recent activity listed in the log is the Friday swim. Any ideas on how to fix this?
