Since the 13.70 update, my Garmine 745 is no longer able to connect to external sensors

After updating my Forerunner 745 (ver 13.7)  my Garmin HR Pro+ or my garmin running dynamics pod.  I noticed the release notes mention connectivity changes.  Can it be possible these devices are no longer compatible?

    Just an update on this thread.  I tried connecting those sensors to my wife's watch of a different model, and no success their either.  I suspect my sensors are no longer functioning, even with new batteries.  Wish there was a way for me to determine if it's sending out a signal.
